Job Responsibilities

- You will be part of the team which ensures supply of curated listings to the Airbnb ecosystem and will work on the product releases which are announced in the Airbnb Press Release
- You will be creating an impact by effective and recognizable contribution towards summer and winter product launches of the company
- You will be trained on Vetting operations
- Hosting Business Operations alongside other gatekeepers, quality specialists, supervisors and quality insight analysts
providing training / shadowing / on-boarding support to new joiners as process expert - Reporting daily productivity numbers
- Keeping a track of any important communication from relevant stakeholders (internal and external) in order to achieve common business goals.

- Ability to interpret and apply confluence photo quality guidelines and QA standards
- Quick decision making ability
- Solves new or escalated problems requiring considerable judgment

- Coordinates work across the Platform, Function or BU
- Preferred unique skill-sets, Airbnb platform knowledge or custom service background.
